Job Description

Exp - 3 - 5 Years Auto Mobile And Auto Component Industry Academic B. Tech (Mechanical)  Operating /trouble shooting experience of SH/GCF/SQF/Continuous furnaces  Design and manage heat treatment processes for different types of materials.  Conduct tests to determine the effectiveness of various heat treatment techniques.  Advance product quality process for new development parts in HT process  Work within cross-functional teams.  Use computer software and control systems to automate heat treatment processes.  To manage new development items cycle set up & process qualification / validation.  Maintain the parameters of various heat treatment processes and Control, such as Sealed Quench Furnace, Induction Annealing, Induction Hardening, ISO Annealing, hardening & tempering (Oil Quenching), Normalizing.  Develop new heat treatment methods to improve material properties and production efficiency  To do daily Calibration of Hardness testers & Micro Vickers Hardness Testers Share Your CV on 7000174822 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
