As a Healthcare Support Analyst at our US-based client, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to healthcare clients by resolving product issues, creating custom reports using tools like Looker and Metabase, and identifying opportunities for upselling value-added solutions. Your responsibilities will involve being the primary point of contact for clients, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated with product advancements and healthcare analytics trends. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary client support contact, addressing product issues promptly and empathetically. - Develop and customize dashboards and reports using BI tools like Looker and Metabase to meet client-specific requirements. - Translate intricate data insights into actionable recommendations for internal and client stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to upsell new features or services based on client needs and usage patterns. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain documentation of support tickets, knowledge base articles, and training materials. - Keep abreast of product updates and healthcare analytics trends to better assist customers. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing support or analyst roles, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS. - Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, and SQL query writing. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Experience with EHR/EMR data or healthcare datasets is advantageous. - Customer-centric mindset and adeptness in upselling value-added solutions. Bonus Points For: - Familiarity with self-funded healthcare, DPC, TPAs, or provider networks. - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy best practices. - Basic understanding of APIs for data integration between systems.
