Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Trivandrum. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing healthcare support and training, conducting assessments, collaborating with team members for effective communication, and applying medical knowledge to support operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring healthcare needs, addressing medical concerns, offering guidance on effective practices, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Possess medical knowledge and training, including experience in EMT or similar healthcare roles.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and interact with clients.
• Experience or background in healthcare practices and medicine.
• Ability to provide healthcare training and support as needed.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or industrial settings is a plus.
