Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Specialist. The position is based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Healthcare Specialist will assist with delivering high-quality healthcare support, providing training and guidance, and maintaining communication with patients and healthcare teams. Responsibilities include administering medical assistance, utilizing knowledge of medicine, and adhering to healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) skills
• Strong understanding of Medicine and Healthcare practices
• Effective Communication and patient care skills
• Experience in Training and coaching in healthcare environments
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to hybrid work requirements
• Relevant certifications or licenses in the healthcare field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
