Responsibilities include supporting emergency medical interventions, improving communication between healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services and medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
• Proficiency in training healthcare personnel and leading process improvement initiatives
• Ability to adapt to dynamic medical environments and follow healthcare protocols
• Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare, medicine, or related fields
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage
