As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough medical evaluations of pediatric patients, which includes performing physical examinations, obtaining detailed medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating common pediatric conditions such as respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, allergic reactions, and growth and development issues. Additionally, you will be managing and monitoring pediatric patients who are admitted to the hospital, providing appropriate medical interventions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Prescribing and administering medications, vaccinations, and other pediatric treatments following established protocols and guidelines will also be part of your duties. You will perform various procedures like venipuncture, lumbar punctures, and wound suturing while ensuring patient comfort and safety. In the event of pediatric emergencies, you will be required to provide resuscitation, stabilization, and critical care interventions when necessary. Collaboration with attending physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals is crucial to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Educating patients and their families on pediatric health issues, preventive care, and treatment options will be essential in ensuring their understanding and compliance. As a senior member of the medical team, you will supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including residents and medical students, providing guidance and support in their clinical training. Continuous medical education is encouraged to stay updated with advancements in pediatric medicine, research, and best practices. This position is full-time and open to fresher candidates.
