Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajarhat for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will oversee the health and safety aspects within the organization, provide training in emergency protocols, assist with medical needs, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities also include managing healthcare communication and facilitating health-related activities as part of the program offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Emergency Medical Technology (EMT) and hands-on medicine-related competencies
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Proficient in training others in healthcare or safety protocols
• Background in healthcare with a strong focus on safeguarding and health compliance
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic learning environment and prioritize children's well-being
• Prior experience working with children or in an education setting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field preferred
