Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist, based in Shahjahanpur. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care and support to patients, delivering high-quality emergency and routine medical services, and maintaining accurate medical records. Other core tasks include coordinating patient care, effectively communicating with staff and patients, providing healthcare training, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and general Medicine
• Proficient Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively
• Knowledge of Healthcare operations and the ability to apply industry best practices
• Experience in Training for healthcare professionals and staff
• Compassionate patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse medical teams
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare, nursing, or related fields
• Proficiency in medical protocols and practices
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage
