Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist position located in Mancherial. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, performing emergency medical treatments (EMT), assisting in evaluations and consultations, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery. Additionally, the specialist will participate in training sessions and assist in educating patients and staff on health-related topics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) procedures and first aid
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Comprehensive knowledge of medicine and healthcare practices
• Experience or ability in providing healthcare-related training
• Organizational and detail-oriented skills for maintaining accurate and thorough documentation
• Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience or certification in healthcare-related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field is preferred
