Position: Senior Healthcare Consultant (Part-Time)

Location: Gurgaon & Delhi
Consultancy Fee: ₹50,000/month Fixed
Duration: Up to 6 months (may transition to a full-time permanent role)
Engagement: 3–4 days per week (timing flexible)

About the Role

TRUE Hospitals is seeking an experienced Healthcare Consultant with deep expertise in hospital setup and operations management. The consultant will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across newly launched hospital projects and in establishing standardized SOPs for all key departments — including OT, IPD, OPD, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and operational readiness of new hospital projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive hospital SOPs across all departments.
• Support quality improvement, patient experience enhancement, and compliance initiatives.
• Train and mentor hospital teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized operations.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and on-ground leadership to institutionalize best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in hospital operations, administration, or quality management.
• Proven expertise in hospital setup, NABH accreditation, and SOP development.
• Prior experience in multi-specialty or day-care hospitals preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between Delhi and Gurgaon hospitals as required (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
