Role Summary

As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic or preventive healthcare solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions, especially doctors and clinics. You will drive new business growth, build lasting relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual visits to understand clinical workflows and recommend tailored healthcare solutions.
  • Present product information clearly, emphasizing benefits, usage, compliance, and outcomes to medical professionals in.indeed.com.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales pipeline, and provide regular activity reporting
  • Gather market insights, competitor data, and client feedback; relay to internal teams to support marketing and product development.
  • Represent the company at conferences, healthcare events, and workshops when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of B2B healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare providers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in complex environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within your assigned region or city.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience selling diagnostic tools, preventive healthcare services, or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools like teleconsultation, e-health platforms, or record management systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and structured reporting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and local healthcare ecosystems.
