✔ Handle patient referrals with accuracy & empathy
✔ Manage EMR data, appointments, and provider communication
✔ Collaborate with doctors & clinical teams to streamline processes
✔ Identify trends & support process improvements
What we’re looking for:
✅ Education: B.Sc/Diploma in Optometry or Ophthalmology (MANDATORY)
✅ 1+ year professional experience in an eye care environment (preferably in US/Canadian healthcare)
✅ Freshers with an Optometry background can also apply
✅ Proficiency in English (spoken & written) and strong computer skills
✅ Analytical mindset, empathy, and attention to detail
