This role involves creating and managing media, technical, and marketing work for clients. The designer will play a crucial role in developing visual assets for the program, email campaigns, social media, and more. Key Responsibilities: Design all required graphics for 2025 program, including event promotions, educational content, and branding materials. Create graphics for email blasts and social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). Develop visual assets for special media ads and website improvements Ensure all designs align with provided brand guidelines Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements, themes, and deadlines. Adapt graphics for different platforms and audiences Prepare graphics for webinars, live events, and destination education campaigns. Maintain organized files and deliverables in shared drives (Google Drive, Microsoft 365, or similar). Requirements: Proven experience in motion graphic design (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools. Ability to create static images, event banners, and social media graphics (no animation required). Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual hierarchy. Experience working with remote teams and managing feedback. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. System Requirements: Reliable computer capable of running design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
