Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage potential healthcare candidates across various platforms
• Learn and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle under guidance of senior team members
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Build and maintain candidate databases for future staffing needs
• Support the recruitment team in meeting client requirements and timelines
• Deliver excellent candidate experience and represent the company’s values professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare recruitment industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
