Role: AI Engineer – Agentic Frameworks & Foundation Models

Location: Remote

Duration:12 months

Summary:

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy advanced AI systems leveraging agentic frameworks and foundation models for pharmaceutical applications. You will play a key role in developing scalable AI solutions that accelerate drug discovery and clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and deploy agent-based AI systems for healthcare and pharma-specific use cases.
• Integrate and fine-tune foundation models for oncology and clinical trial data.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to deliver robust AI solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of AI systems within regulated environments.
• Contribute to platform development and software engineering for AI-driven clinical study tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, AI, or related field.
• 10–15 months of experience in developing agentic frameworks and working with foundation models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with pharma domain datasets and healthcare-specific AI applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of computational biology and oncology.
• Familiarity with Tangent Agents or similar frameworks.
• Experience in building AI platforms for regulated industries.
