Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Health Vertical Professional to join our team at TATA AIG in Srinagar in an on-site capacity. This role involves managing and implementing health vertical initiatives, promoting health awareness, providing expert guidance on occupational health and medicine, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business goals while aligning with the company’s values of care and trust.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service, with a focus on driving positive customer experiences and building trust.
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and best practices, along with a strong background in medicine or health-related fields.
• Experience in health promotion and the ability to develop and implement effective health awareness initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to dynamic environments, and maintain a solutions-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, medicine, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in the insurance or healthcare industries is advantageous.
