Job Description

Implement and maintain company HSE policies, standards, and procedures across all operations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits of the plant and facilities.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and statutory requirements related to health, safety, and the environment.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and contract workers.
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses; maintain appropriate documentation and follow-up actions.
Monitor waste management, pollution control measures, and energy conservation initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies and local authorities on statutory inspections and renewals.
Promote a culture of safety through continuous communication and employee engagement.
Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including fire drills and first aid readiness.
