Health Safety Environment Trainer

As an HSE Trainer at Lifeline Foundation, based in Vadodara, you will be instrumental in shaping safer workplaces by: - Analyzing the safety training requirements of industries and creating customized content and modules specific to training requirements of industries - Delivering training on Industrial / Occupational Safety in online and offline modes - Networking and connecting with Safety experts - Staying updated with the current practices and scientific developments in the sector - Building awareness programs that strengthen safety culture across organizations - Empowering employees, first responders, and communities with practical, life-saving safety skills To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Expertise in Occupational Health & Safety / EHS - NEBOSH certification & auditing experience - Strong communication & training skills (Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi & English required) - Graduation / Post Graduation in Fire & Safety Engineering / Safety & Fire Engineering, Industrial Engineering or allied field - Prior industrial safety training experience preferred This is a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara, Gujarat.
