As an HSE Trainer at Lifeline Foundation, based in Vadodara, you will be integral in shaping safer workplaces by: - Analyzing the safety training requirements of industries and creating customized content and modules specific to training needs - Delivering training on Industrial / Occupational Safety in online and offline modes - Networking and connecting with Safety experts - Staying updated with current practices and scientific developments in the sector - Building awareness programs to strengthen safety culture across organizations - Empowering employees, first responders, and communities with practical, life-saving safety skills We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills: - Expertise in Occupational Health & Safety / EHS - NEBOSH certification & auditing experience - Strong communication & training skills (Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi & English required) - Graduation / Post Graduation in Fire & Safety Engineering / Safety & Fire Engineering, Industrial Engineering or allied field - Prior industrial safety training experience preferred If you are passionate about safety, training, and enhancing workplace resilience, we welcome you to apply for this full-time, on-site role in Vadodara, Gujarat.
