Position: Health Insurance Consultant (B2C Sales)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA Fixed + Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Health Insurance Consultant to guide individuals in selecting the best health insurance plans. This is a consultative B2C role – no cold calling, just meaningful interactions with clients who genuinely need guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with 4–5 new customers daily via video or call.
• Explain health insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options clearly.
• Provide end-to-end assistance, including claims support if needed.
• Build trust with clients by offering unbiased, consultative guidance.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Health Insurance (mandatory).
• Strong product knowledge of health insurance policies and insurers.
• Basic understanding of claims processes, waiting periods, co-pays, and deductibles.

What We Don’t Tolerate:

• Mis-selling or over-promising.
• Treating insurance as just another sales target.
