Health Insurance Sales Executive – Field Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Health Insurance Field Sales Executives to promote and sell health insurance products. The role involves meeting customers in person, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions in line with IRDAI guidelines under an Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers

Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activities

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans

Ensure need-based and ethical selling as per IRDAI norms

Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC, and documentation

Follow up for policy issuance, renewals, and servicing

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Coordinate with back-office and insurers for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Field sales experience in health insurance or financial products preferred

Willingness to travel locally or outstations for sales meetings

Target-driven and self-motivated

Graduation preferred but not mandatory

IRDAI IC-38 certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
