Responsibilities

Recruiting, screening and training new and existing POSp agents
Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans
Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients
Setting and monitoring sales objectives
Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
Contributing to meeting sales targets
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
Following agency regulations, guidelines, and policies
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement

Requirements

Sales acumen
Solid understanding of policies and products
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sales experience in an Health Insurance-based company
Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory
