Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, screening and training new and existing POSp agents
  • Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans
  • Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients
  • Setting and monitoring sales objectives
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
  • Contributing to meeting sales targets
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
  • Following agency regulations, guidelines, and policies
  • Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement


Requirements

  • Sales acumen
  • Solid understanding of policies and products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience in an Health Insurance-based company
  • Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory
