Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Thane with some work-from-home flexibility for a Health Insurance Agent. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their health insurance needs, offering guidance on coverage options, managing policy documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves both in-person and remote interactions to ensure customers are well-informed and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience with Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, and general Insurance
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Familiarity with Medicare policies and guidelines
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant certifications
