Job Description

Key Responsibilities End-to-end backend support for U.S. healthcare providers Patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and reminders Insurance verifications and eligibility checks Handling EMR/EHR systems and maintaining accurate records Assisting in claims processing, billing support, and documentation Communicating professionally with U.S. clinic staff and patients Ensuring timely task completion and process accuracy Requirements 1 to 5+ years of experience in healthcare backend support or medical BPO Strong communication skills (English – written and spoken) Familiarity with EHR/EMR software (Athena, AdvancedMD, etc.) is a plus Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours) from our Coimbatore office Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to adapt Leadership experience is a plus for senior roles Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
