JOB TITLE : CARE ASSISTANT

DEPARTMENT : NURSING

ROLE OJECTIVE IN BRIEF

The Clinical Care Assistant is accountable to the Nursing Manager to assist in support and quality care to the patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assists patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toilet support (diaper change, Positioning, Bed pans etc.) bed linen change.
Transferring and getting to and from activities like Sun bath, Physiotherapy etc.
Serve and feed meals to residents as per the diet chart provided.
Initiates and participates in leisure activities for the patients.
Maintains patient records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Reports any changes in patients’ physical condition and/or behavior, observes and reports the health and emotional condition of each patient and promptly reports all changes to the supervisor.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the patients.

· Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to patients requests for assistance.

GDA/ 10th Std / PUC

Freshers & above

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
