Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Headmistress/ HOS at St. Andrews World School, located in Ghaziabad. The Headmistress/ HOS will oversee daily school operations, develop and implement curriculum, manage staff, and ensure a high standard of education. Key responsibilities include educational leadership, creating a positive school culture, maintaining communication with parents and the community, and fostering student growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy
• Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and lead educational teams
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Headmistress/ Principal or in a similar role is beneficial
• Commitment to nurturing and developing every student's potential
