As a Headmistress you'll have the incredible opportunity to inspire and nurture the youngest minds during their formative years. Your role as a Preschool Headmistress is multifaceted and dynamic. You'll be the architect of imaginative learning experiences, creating a safe and stimulating environment where children aged 2 to 5 can explore, discover, and grow. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Manager: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate play-based learning, sensory exploration, and hands-on activities to foster holistic development in young learners. Captivating Storyteller: Transport children to magical worlds through interactive storytelling sessions that ignite their imagination and love for literature. Creative Art: Lead engaging art and craft projects, music and movement activities, and dramatic play sessions that encourage self-expression and creativity.
