Job Description We are looking for an experienced and visionary Headmaster to lead the Senior Secondary Block of our reputed school in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong academic and administrative capabilities and a passion for nurturing excellence in students and faculty alike. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Senior Secondary School Block (Grades 11 & 12 Science/Commerce/Humanities) Ensure high academic standards and implement the latest pedagogical practices Supervise and mentor teaching staff; foster a collaborative teaching environment Monitor student performance, discipline, and well-being Coordinate with parents, management, and academic boards (e.g., CBSE/State) Organize academic planning, timetabling, internal assessments, and board exam preparation Ensure curriculum compliance , quality teaching, and learning outcomes Promote co-curricular and character development aligned with school values Maintain discipline, decorum, and high moral standards among staff and students Implement school policies and contribute to overall school development plans Desired Candidate Profile: Postgraduate with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory) Minimum 7 years of teaching experience in Senior Secondary level At least 35 years of academic leadership experience (as Headmaster, Coordinator, or equivalent) Excellent knowledge of CBSE and academic regulations Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive academic excellence Passionate about education and student development Perks and Benefits: Competitive salary package Professional development support Opportunity to lead and shape a progressive academic environment Supportive school management
