-Proficient in Management of end to end process flow of Inbound and Outbound logisticsraw material-WIP-Finished Goods- Customer

-Experience of versed with Master Production schedule, OTIF, BTS / BTO (Build to Stock/Order), Customer relationship management, Demand Forecasting and Trend Analysis.

-Supplier Performance evaluation with raw material Planning of Import and Domestic vendors in accordance with QCD (Quality-Cost-Delivery) & 4R Principle (Right Quantity, Right Quality, Right Place & at Right Time)

• Distinguished capabilities in designing & developing SOPs with an initiative to implement Process Improvements with DMAIC approach
• Expertise in directing logistics functions & Import-Export Operations, Freight Forwarder & Customs Clearance Management for cost-effective logistics solutions
• Proven expertise in managing Inventory with High accuracy of raw and finished goods inventory, ensuring adherence to optimum inventory levels
• Impressive success in Controlling 100% Customer delivery performance by ensuring optimum material management.
• Skilled in SAP
• Management of New Product Launch by Coordination with CFT teams across the organisation.
• Well experienced in establishing Strong review mechanism (MIS) -Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reporting and KPIs and Operational metrics
• An effective leader with Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving skills and excellent communication
• Expertise in Recruit, Coach, assimilate new and existing Team Members as per organizational guidelines.
