Head Waiter/Supervisor

As a Waiter / Service Staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to guests at the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests promptly and courteously. - Presenting menu options and making recommendations when requested. - Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen or bar. - Serving food and drinks in an efficient and professional manner. - Ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guests. - Handling customer complaints or requests politely and informing the supervisor if needed. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. - Assisting in opening and closing duties of the restaurant. - Following all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. - Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. - Neat appearance and a positive attitude. - Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Education requirements include a minimum of High School / 10th Pass (or equivalent), with hospitality training or certification being preferred.
