About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and professional Head Waiter to lead our service team and ensure excellent guest service at The Catel Hotel. If you have leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and train junior waiters and service staff
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Welcome guests warmly and manage their dining experience
• Take and manage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure staff follow proper grooming and service protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (preferred in hotel/restaurant)
• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polite, and disciplined
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and restaurant operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
