Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of
50+ employees
, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
Oversee day-to-day activities in
VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), GDC (Gravity Die Casting), and Maintenance
departments.
Ensure adherence to
IATF, ISO
, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Optimize resources, reduce downtime, and improve machine efficiency.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support audits.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate
in a relevant field (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering preferred).
68+ years
of hands-on experience in VMC/GDC/Maintenance.
Proven experience handling large teams (
50+ employees
).
Strong understanding of
IATF & ISO
standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
