Head - Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the visual merchandising strategy in alignment with brand guidelines. Your key tasks will include planning seasonal, promotional, and thematic VM campaigns across all stores, coordinating with marketing, product, and retail teams for new product launches, and promotional activities. You will be in charge of designing and rolling out VM displays, planograms, and store layouts for all retail outlets. Supervising and auditing the execution of VM guidelines at each store, ensuring timely installation, and updating window displays, furniture arrangements, and signage. In this role, you will also lead and manage the visual merchandising team and in-store VM staff. Conducting regular workshops and training programs for store staff on VM standards, product presentation, and providing performance feedback and mentoring to the VM team. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring effective zoning and product categorization in showrooms to improve navigation and product focus, implementing space planning principles to optimize showroom real estate, and creating mock setups for various furniture categories based on consumer lifestyle trends. Monitoring and analyzing VM standards will be a crucial aspect of your role. This involves conducting regular store visits, analyzing customer behavior and sales data to improve VM effectiveness, and benchmarking against competitors and industry best practices. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with design agencies, print vendors, and signage suppliers for VM material production, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and timely delivery of VM materials. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a preference for 5 years of experience in furniture merchandising.
