Head of Section -Technical CSD & Ancillaries oversees the life-cycle management of dredging equipment, from planning and acquisition to maintenance and disposal, ensuring asset optimization and future readiness.

1Fleet Technical readiness and Uptime , plan and execute PMS, Statutory and class compliances, ensure timely surveys and FSI and maintain the TSHDs as per class requirements2Innovation and dredging efficiency enhancementsLead planning, budgeting execution and post evaluation of Dry Docking and Major repairs.Dredging maintenance knowledge, Budgeting, Dry dockingSpare parts and Inventory control Approve critical spares and monitor inventory levels, ensures standardization and optimization across TSHD fleetTechnical Budgeting and cost control , prepare annual budget for each TSHD , control and review actuals against budget and optimize.
