Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Head - Student Placements. The Head - Student Placements will oversee the placement activities for students, build relationships with employers, and ensure successful student placement outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, organizing placement drives, conducting career counseling sessions, and monitoring placement trends and job market developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Career Counseling, Student Placement, and Relationship Building with Employers
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage placement activities and events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze job market trends and adapt placement strategies accordingly
• Relevant experience in educational institutions or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
