Head - Service & Key Client - North India

Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a service head to manage service and projects of CCTV, FAS, Intrusion Alarm in northern parts of India. We have a team of 20+ technicians spread across North India managing installations, service, and AMC of these systems across marquee clients in BFSI, Retail, Education Pharma etc. Person will also be responsible for manging key clients and the existing business from couple of key client accounts in North India. Service Responsibilities : - Ensuring timely execution of new projects for CCTV, FAS, Intrusion Alarms, etc - Ensuring closure of service calls as per SLA - Taking up preventive maintenance as per SLA - Ensuring CSAT and managing client relationships - Managing technicians and their schedules - Managing staff of coordinators at office - Hiring technicians - Reporting to HO - Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting to HO Key Client Management Responsibilities - Managing relationships with 2-3 key clients in North - Responsible for existing business from these clients and targets - Funnel reporting to HO from these key clients - Manging a Business Development Manager who will be front ending with these key clients. - Delivery management to these key clients - Managing relationship with internal staff of logistics team, finance team at regional office and head office - Managing billing and collection from key client in a timely manner
