Head – Security & Vigilance

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall security operations at premises including guards, surveillance, and visitor management.
• Ensure round-the-clock safety of property, assets, employees, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external security agencies and government authorities when required.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure all systems are functioning.
• Handle emergencies like fire, theft, trespassing, or crowd control effectively.
• Maintain attendance, shift rosters, and discipline among security personnel.
• Conduct regular training and drills for the security staff.
• Implement SOPs for entry-exit control, vehicle movement, and visitor pass system.

Desired Profile:

• Retired personnel from Army/Defense background.
• Physically fit, mentally alert, and with strong leadership qualities.
• Experience in managing civilian security teams preferred.
• Good communication and crisis-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and surveillance equipment.

Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable

Experience: Minimum 10–15 years (including army service)

Qualification: Retired JCO/NCO or Commissioned Officer from Indian Army or other Defense Services

Pay: ₹463,224.45 - ₹1,420,442.41 per year
