Role Overview: As the Head Security at Iron Ore Karnataka, you will have a transformational leadership opportunity to lead the security operations at the Chitradurga location. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance intelligence and ensure proactive responses. - Lead autonomous teams across regions, ensuring operational cohesion and efficiency. - Assess risks and threats to personnel, assets, and resources, and develop security solutions. - Drive digital transformation by implementing automated security systems for real-time risk management. - Align security strategies with business goals, continuity plans, and secure social approvals for operations. - Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines in compliance with laws and regulations. - Develop and implement security procedures to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity. - Conduct audits and compliance assessments, collaborating with SBUs to ensure regulatory adherence. - Drive automation initiatives & Internal and External benchmarking to identify areas of improvement. Qualification Required: - Any graduate with Defence services background/NCC C certificate. - Minimum work experience of over 12 years.
