As the Head of Security for Iron Ore Karnataka, you will have the opportunity to showcase your transformational leadership skills in Chitradurga, Karnataka. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance intelligence and ensure proactive responses. Leading autonomous teams across regions to drive operational cohesion and efficiency. Assessing risks and threats to personnel, assets, and resources, and developing effective security solutions. Driving digital transformation through the implementation of automated security systems for real-time risk management. Aligning security strategies with business goals, continuity plans, and obtaining necessary approvals for operations. Establishing and enforcing security policies, standards, and guidelines in compliance with laws and regulations. Developing security procedures to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity. Conducting audits and compliance assessments to ensure regulatory adherence, and driving automation initiatives for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree with a background in Defence services/NCC C certificate and possess a minimum of 12 years of work experience.
