Head Secretarial

As the Head Secretarial at our company located in Kurla, you will be responsible for a variety of secretarial and compliance tasks. Your primary duties will include: - Board/Committee Meeting Related Work: - Administrative Arrangements - Agenda Preparation - Minutes Drafting - Action Points Circulation/Tracking - Signing of Minutes/Digitalisation - General Meeting related work: - Agenda/Notice Preparation - Minutes Drafting - Signing of Minutes/Digitalisation - Executive Committees BR Issuance/Minutes Drafting - Statutory Registers updation In terms of Compliance Responsibilities, you will handle tasks related to ROC, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies. Your duties will include: - ROC e-Forms filing - Updation of ROC e-Form tracker - SEBI High Value Debt Listed Entity (HVDLE) SEBI LODR Compliances - Debt Listing Compliance - Issue and listing of Non-Convertible Securities (ILNCS) and Operational Framework - Debenture Trustee Compliances - Using Software for Compliance monitoring - Website Updation - Other Compliances as may be applicable - Debenture Trustee related compliances Additionally, you will have other responsibilities such as: - Handling Secretarial Audit - Providing data to Internal Auditors/Statutory Auditors - Assisting in RBI/NHB Audit - Annual Report preparation - Providing data to other Departments - Providing data to Debenture Trustee/Stock Exchanges/Depositories - Assisting in Capital Raising Plans - Listing Compliances under SEBI LODR - Knowledge Series - Keeping departments informed on regulatory updates For this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies: - Qualification: CS - 5 to 8 years of experience - Relevant compliance experience preferably in NBFC/Housing Sector - Good oral and written communication skills - Good inter-personal skills and ability to maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders Join our team and showcase your skills as a team player who can also work independently to handle the tasks efficiently.,
