Job Description

SAP Delivery Head

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance:

Lead and govern end-to-end SAP transformation programs across RISE, Private Cloud, and On-Premises S/4HANA landscapes.

Delivery Management:

Ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
Drive delivery excellence with focus on quality compliance, audit readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Profitability & Financial Oversight:

Manage delivery P&L optimize cost, improve margins, and control overruns.
Enhance resource utilization and productivity metrics across projects.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Build trusted CXO-level client relationships ensuring transparency and value-driven engagement.
Achieve 8.5/10 customer satisfaction rating consistently.

People & Leadership:

Lead large multi-disciplinary SAP teams (functional, technical, Basis, infrastructure).
Drive competency development, retention, and succession planning.

Innovation & Future Readiness:

Promote adoption of next-gen SAP technologies including AI, Automation, Fiori, BTP, and CAP.
Develop reusable assets and delivery accelerators to improve efficiency.

Alliance Management:

Manage global SAP partnerships and co-innovation programs with product vendors.

Mandatory Requirement:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
Leadership or Tower Head capacity
within SAP Delivery.
