Position- Delivery Head -SAP Applications

Overview Position -

Strong background in enterprise application delivery and large-scale IT transformation projects. The role demands proven expertise in managing SAP and other ERP implementations, AMS engagements, and custom software development projects, with a focus on profitability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Head will lead multiple concurrent projects, ensure robust governance, drive operational excellence, and build strong client relationships at the CXO level.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects (SAP, AMS, custom software, CRM, ERP, etc.) across multiple clients.

Project Governance: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.

Profitability & P&L Management: Drive financial performance of projects, ensuring profitability, cost control, and revenue growth.

Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.

People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional delivery teams to achieve high performance and engagement.

Oversight Multi-Project -Manage multiple concurrent implementation and support engagements, balancing priorities and resource allocation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have exp minimum 8+ years as Delivery leadership role.

Experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations, AMS contracts, and enterprise application rollouts, custom application development projects across diverse technology stacks.

Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Exposure to cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA RISE, Salesforce, Oracle Cloud)
