Role: Head Quality
Qualification: BE / ME/M Tech - Mechanical / Electrical Electronics Engineering with Specialization in Quality functions
20 ~ 25 years experience, preferably in Automotive Industry with in depth knowledge and hands on experience in Integrated management systems, Quality systems core tools, Supplier quality development, NPD -Quality, Testing and validation, six sigma, TPM/ TQM, Lean activities, process validation, problem solving techniques and Customer complaints handling.
1) Leading Integrated Quality Management System - ISO 9000 / 14001 / 18001 and TS 16949,
2) In house Quality Assurance
4) Customer quality
5) New Product Quality assurance system
6) Supplier Quality Assurance
7) Companywide Improvement programs implementation
8) Product / process qualifications,
9) Problem solving supports to the team and to eliminating cost of Poor quality, 11, Control and monitoring of Quality laboratories.
