Job Description: As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to quality norms and processes meticulously. You will be responsible for reviewing contractors and vendors regularly to assess the processes and work delivered. Your duties will also include the preparation of quality reports, quality logs, and compliance documentation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. It will be your responsibility to define quality control procedures and methods that foster continuous quality improvement across all functions. Moreover, you will oversee the implementation of quality controls and review processes from initiation to completion, anticipating potential risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them. Your focus will be on enhancing the quality of work on the job site, minimizing rework, and showcasing continuous improvement in the quality index. Collaboration with internal teams to gather product quality feedback and address serviceability issues will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in quality checking of all site activities based on BOQ, IS Codes, Standards, and specifications, with knowledge in structural and finishing activities, as well as QA/QC documentation processes. Ensuring the delivery of quality work practices as per the contract terms and at the right cost will be essential. Furthermore, conducting regular employee training and awareness sessions on quality assurance will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E-Civil degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in reputed developers within the real estate industry. - Proven track record of establishing a Quality department or significant exposure to project execution.,
