Job Purpose

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Product managers and service/governance team. Ensure the revenue and cost objectives of the team is met.
• Developing strategic plans to expand the product offerings.
• Keeping the working knowledge of the industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the strategy.
• Preparing and delivering the report of the management on a frequent basis
• Ensure the business acquisition is compiled and maintain quality of business.
• Focus on building capabilities.
• Ensuring the cross-selling of other products.
• Ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are high.
• Ensure necessary product changes and modifications are built as per the necessary timelines and requirements.
• Achieve cross-sell revenues are achieved.
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Understanding Government policies and directives
• Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines in PPI
