This strategic role involves overseeing software delivery operations, recruitment, and office setup for the establishment of our competency and development center. The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization focuses on delivering tech solutions to end-users and consumers across pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. With 15+ digital product areas covering Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, Identity, and AI, your role will ensure the right sizing, skillset, and competency across these areas. Your responsibilities will include leading recruitment efforts for developers and engineers, developing training programs for continuous team development, overseeing general office administration, acting as a liaison with internal entities and local agencies, setting up HR processes, providing strong leadership, overseeing project delivery, collaborating with outsourcing partners, and translating feedback into actionable steps. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry as a people leader, expertise in program management, building and scaling development centers, working in digital product organizations, delivering software programs globally, and recruitment of developers and engineers. Prior experience in Europe or the Americas is beneficial. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The Bangalore Tech-Hub team will work closely with the engineering organization in Stockholm, with functional leaders based in Sweden.
