Description
As the Head of Sales Data Processing at our organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales initiatives in the Data Management department. With 15-18 years of sales experience in the international BPO domain, particularly focusing on non-voice projects, you will bring a robust background to this role. Your deep understanding of the North American market, pricing models, and experience in managing large-scale deals through inside and enterprise sales will be crucial for success. You will be expected to have led a sales team of 6+ members across various domains such as Data Management, Data Processing, Data Analytics, and Research Services for at least four years. Additionally, familiarity with GenAI and automation in data processing is essential for this position. The role is based in Banaswadi and operates on a US shift. Your key responsibilities will include leading and expanding the sales team to achieve targets exceeding $3M annually, strategically managing enterprise and inside sales globally, adapting pricing models based on market knowledge, overseeing collaboration and goal achievement across multiple domains, and driving innovation and efficiency through expertise in GenAI and automation. Operational management of business segments with turnovers exceeding $6M annually will also fall under your purview.
