Head of Quality AME

As a Quality Assurance Manager in the aviation industry based in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Regular audits and inspections will be conducted by you to monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions as necessary. Providing regular updates to the Aviation Operating Board on quality performance and compliance issues will also be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the quality assurance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license. Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance is required, along with a strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and quality management systems. Proven leadership and team management skills are crucial for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.,
