Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our production and operations team in Kanpur, responsible for overseeing the efficient manufacturing process of packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and experience in the packaging and containers industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and reduce costs.
Manage and supervise a team of production staff to achieve targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of products.
