Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and inuencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in inuencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled inuencer marketing platform that services the entire inuencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns. About The Role As the Head of Production at OML Studios, you will play a pivotal role in driving the production of high-quality short-form branded content, including advertisements and related media. You will also be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the eciency and eectiveness of our studio operations. OML’s production team works across the following businesses : Digital-rst branded content : OML’s Agency Businesses produces branded content for clients such as , Zomato, Youtube, Netix here in India, and Bacardi, Breezer, Bombay Sapphire and others in countries across AMEA, Eastern Europe and more. Artist-led social content: OML supports artists and creators by creating shows together with them. We have produced shows such as Social Media Stars by Janice, Wing it With Ankush, and other artists managed by OML Creator Management teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of in-house and external producers, directors, and studio professionals Own the end-to-end content production process across all productions, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met Cultivate good vendor relationships and best practices Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute compelling video content Successfully manage multiple on-going projects Manage relationships with clients, partners, and talent to ensure successful project execution Bring in tech-driven processes to drive highly ecient and sustainable production practices Continuously improve production processes and workows to optimize resource utilization Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in content production Manage and allocate budgets eectively to ensure cost-ecient productions Create and manage a team of young mobile-rst producers to enable artist content creation Qualications And Prior Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant eld; advanced degree is a plus. 6-8 years of professional hands on experience in content production of advertisement and branded content.. Should be able to execute projects across various budget brackets Proven track record of managing small and large production teams and delivering high-quality content. Proven track record of client negotiations and management Tapped into the world of mobile-produced tech Desire to build future-ready production and studio operations Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
